normal defrag vs folder defrag

Normal defrag all it does is move big files to one specific continus area, seperating it from other files in the same folder.
and that is bad for gaming where a game have to seek its files all the time.

O&O defrag says no fragmented files and everything is fine.
but 1 game have all its files at the start of hdd except 1 big 5gb file at middle, isn't that bad for gaming.

Please help...

Hello,

this could only happen if zone based methods were used so big files can be moved in the third zone.
However, for constantly running "gaming computers" we recommend manual defragmentation with Complete/Name.
