I was doing Defrag/Name on Windows 10 and software stop at c:\$extend\$rmmetadata\$txflog\$txflog.blf How to exclude these files?

please try to exclude the folder or files from the defragmentation. (in Defrag under Options / Settings -> Files)

I don't know if you aware of, but O&O defrag can't see protected hidden files so how can I exclude them?

Unfortunately this is the only option in O&O Defrag to exclude files, I am sorry.
