Have five hard drives and four are showing up on OO19 but one is missing. The disc is showing up in explorer and working fine. What is the solution?

What kind of disk is it, a internal or external disk? Has O&O Defrag 19 listed the disk in the past?

It is an internal hard drive and did show up when first used.

Please upload a screenshot of your drive list view in O&O Defrag and the view in Windows Disk Management (execute diskmgmt.msc on a command prompt).
