O&O Defrag Service stops during Defrag COMPLETE/

During Defrag COMPLETE/Access, the O&O service stops.
I have to start the service manually.
Only STEALTH Defrag is possible.
The drive is checked for errors (chkdsk /f).

The same error I reported myself. Instead of finding errors is interested in my license number.

That would be a mistake made license number?
