restore files with diskimage server 7.1.93

what is the best way to restore a single file from an omg image file image ?
when i go and mount the image as drive letter i get an error

the drive could not be mounted, further processing had to be stopped du to an error
error code 0xC00000034.70004.1019.70

when i click ok i get nothing, no drive letter to browse image ?

i have done a repair on software and a reinstall and restarted services and still i get error

any ideas ?

Unfortunately, a wrong error message is displayed. Actually, the problem is a incorrect installation of the driver. Please install the mount driver again and reboot your computer afterwards. Then you should be loaded the image as a drive.

i have already uninstalled and reinstalled and still get same message ?

is this the best way or only way to restore single files from an omg image ?

is their any porgrams that can open an omg file other that mounting as a drive to allow me to restore a single file by dragging out of image ?

Currently this is the only way to restore a single file. If you want to check whether the driver has been installed correctly and how you can manually install this driver, please see Installation of O&O DiskImage virtual devices.
