Permanently disable the "Disable automatic Windows Updates (2 of 2)"

How can I permanently disable the "Disable automatic Windows Updates (2 of 2)" function in O&O ShutUp 10? Despite my attempts, it keeps enabling itself after a day, suggesting that the programmers/developers may not have fully addressed all the mechanisms implemented by Microsoft to re-enable it. I've noticed that the Defender has a similar mechanism, but it remains disabled consistently. Could you please assist me in finding a solution to permanently deactivate the Windows Update function?
